my story

joe and i met in high school, we started as just friends but after 4 years we realized we were madly in love. we started officially dating april 10th 2009. moved in together oct 31st 2009. found out we were pregnant may 31st 2010. our family of 2 became a family of 3 on January 10th, 2011. only to become a family of 2 again on July 21st, 2011. joe is my best friend and love of my life. no one will ever replace my joe or make me feel the way he did. he was the first love of my life and i wanted to spend every day of the rest of my life with him. joe got sick in april of 2011 with what we thought was his asthma acting up. he was admitted to the hospital on fathers day of 2011 with something much more serious than we were expecting. joe had been suffering from severe pneumonia. he at that point had something called ARDS. the survival rate is 8%. he was then admitted to the ICU and placed in a medically induced coma. he woke up and spent a few days with us before he had a relapse.
